Registrations
At present the surgery is not accepting new applications, except from immediate family members of existing patients.
The reason for this course of action is that our practice list size is full.
Please contact the registration department at the NHS Business Services Centre (01495 332000) who will provide you with a list of GP Practices who are accepting new patients in your area.
Nurse Appointments
Following patient feedback we have reviewed and revised the procedures for booking appointments with our nurses. Nurse appointments can now be pre-booked up to 1 weeks in advance.
Opening hours
Open 8.15am til 6.30pm Mon-Fri at Excalibur Drive Surgery and 08.15am til 6.00pm Mon-Fri at 67 Thornhill Road Surgery. Telephone lines are open from 8.00am.
If you require immediate medical attention out of these hours please call the usual surgery number: 029 20764444. A recorded message will give you a contact number for the out of hours service.
For routine medical advice please consider contacting NHS Direct by calling: 0845 46 47 or visiting their website: www.nhsdirect.wales.nhs.uk
Disabled Access is available at both surgeries to all patients. Both sites are equipped with Hearing Loops.
